1:1 training
Learn 1:1 from master brow artist and educator - Lucy rose in person. Offering tailored training which is completely unique to you as an individual, so that you can come away feeling the most confident you’ve ever felt in areas that you’re most concerned about.
All training classes are limited to 1-2 people per class or course. This is because Lucy truly believes that in order for you to flourish and develop yourself as much as possible in cosmetic tattooing, this is better achieved in a more personal setting so that Lucy can deliver her 100% focus and dedication to you.
These training days are designed to help you either learn a new skill entirely or refresh your existing skills, elevate what you currently know and learn new techniques.

Microblading Beginners Course
"If you aren't in love with your life, remember you can change it." The ideal course to launch your new career and life! No experience necessary as this is for beginners who wish to start their permanent makeup career, learning the art of the popular treatment: Microblading.
Whats included in the BEGINNERS MICROBLADING COURSE?
These days have purposefully been kept intimate and on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis so that you get as much as possible from the training day with the max number of people per class capped at 2 students.
This beginners training is like no other out there. You will receive over 18 years worth of knowledge and understanding spanning multiple topics within this course. The manual alone has taken me just under a year to complete because I wanted to ensure that you learnt everything that took me years to understand from the outset of your career. This course is everything I wish that I'd had when I first started. Upon completing this course, not only will you have the deepest knowledge of microblading and everything it entails, but your clients will be thankful they trusted in you as a technician because you training and knowledge and skill from the beginning will set you apart from others in the industry!
You can expect the following areas to be covered extensively:
- Microblading history (background on understanding microblading)
- Health and safety (Cross contamination, Hygiene control, licensing and insurance)
- Medical knowledge (Anatomy and physiology, contraindications)
- Technical (Blade types, hairstroke patterns, working in the skin)
- Colour theory (warm and cool tones, learning about value, tone and hue)
- Skin (Fitzpatrick scale, skin functionality and tones)
- Pigments (Brands, Types and colour)
- Eyebrows (including eyebrow shapes, face shapes, mapping and pre draw)
- Procedure (pre treatment, consultations, forms, practical working, aftercare)
- Pricing (treatment costs)
- Building your business (Social media, advertisement, marketing, troubleshooting)
Course inclusions:
Once you have booked on for this course, you will receive a general guide on how your course will run day by day, along with course checklist and information that you need to prepare for when getting ready for your training days.
Lunch, snacks and drinks will be provided. Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies. L R PRO is a cruelty free salon, which means all beverages (Tea, coffee and drinks) and food provided throughout the training will be dairy and meat free, however - I understand that we have our own dietary needs and preferences, so If you would like to bring your own food then you are more then welcome to.
FAQs
What are the entry requirements?
No previous experience is needed in Beauty, or tattooing. You will be required to have a good level of English, both spoken and written. If you have any particular learning requirements, please let me know.
How long is the course?
You will receive a training manual with all your theory work inside, which I recommend to spend 30-40 hours studying before your practical days with me at the academy.
In House training
Day 1: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Day 2: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Assessment day
Day 3: 10.00am - 2.00pm
You will be required to return to the academy for this once you have completed your case studies.
Are models provided?
Yes, I provide the models for your day 2 course, however - you will need to bring a model to your assessment day.
Will I receive a qualification with this course?
This course is accredited by ABT INSURANCE. On successful competition of the course, you will be awarded your certificate which means you will be a fully certified and qualified insurable microblading artist.
Is a kit included?
Yes, a full kit is included in your training so that you can successfully complete your case studies and on going clients.
What is included?
Aswell as the outlined above, this course will put you ahead of any other beginner out there. You'll be given ongoing support, receive social media and marketing advice, given templates for your forms, photograph training, business start up information, manual to keep and refer back to, discounts of products, certificate of attendance and a recognised accredited qualification.
How do I pay?
A 20% non refundable booking fee is due to secure your training. Although non refundable - this is transferable should you need to reschedule your training, you can carry this amount over to the new day.
Deposit - £500.00
The remaining balance is due on the first day of your training. This can be paid via bank transfer on your first day of training or if you are travelling - 24hours before.

Microblading Masterclass
These 1:1 masterclasses are available for technicians who are already qualified, licensed and insured in Microblading. This intimate master class training day is specifically designed to each student and completely tailored to you and the areas you want to focus on or that are struggling with.
Whats included in the masterclass training day?
These days have purposefully been kept intimate and on a 1:1 basis so that you get as much as possible from the training day with the max number of people per class capped at 2 students. If you’d prefer a day by yourself - please just let us know. You can expect the following areas to be covered throughout the day: Mapping, pre draw, colour theory, swatching and knowledge on inorganic and organic pigments. Guidance with colour boosts and mature skins. Product, tools and equiptment recommendations, pre numb, treatment, social media for business - including marketing and advertisement.
Below is a general guide to see how your Masterclass day with Lucy will run -
9.30am - Arrival and introduction
10.00am - Brief to discover your needs/ concerns from the course and day structure
11.00am - first live client. Lucy will demonstrate a full Microblading treatment for you to observe and learn her signature techniques
1.00pm - Lunch
2.00pm - Microblading model. This will be a second live client for the student to complete
4.00pm - Debrief and conclusion of the day
Course inclusions:
Live models will be arranged and patch tested by L R PRO. Please feel free to bring your original training manual it’s you (if you have one provided by the company you trained with) Lunch, snacks and drinks will be provided. Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies.
