These learning styles are for Brow artists and technicians from newly qualified right up to advanced level looking to elevate their existing skills and techniques, upping their brow game!

When I first transitioned from a makeup artist to brow technician, I couldn't understand why the industry seemed so rigid. It was very much a therapists world, full of 'Do's and 'Donts'. I pledged that I would do my bit to weave the two industries together and help make this environment more creative, encouraging women to find their style in brows, just like they would with makeup.

Through this vision, the masterclasses were born. A learning platform that would help inspire others to do the same, becoming more artistry led, master their skills to the highest standard and fall in love with their craft."

1:1 training

Learn 1:1 from master brow artist and educator - Lucy rose in person. Offering tailored training which is completely unique to you as an individual, so that you can come away feeling the most confident you’ve ever felt in areas that you’re most concerned about.

These training days are designed to help you refresh your skills, elevate what you currently know and learn new techniques.

These are advanced masterclass training days so all students must already hold a valid semi permanent brow qualification and insurance before booking onto the course.

Whats included in the masterclass training day?

These days have purposefully been kept intimate and on a 1:1 basis so that you get as much as possible from the training day with the max number of people per class capped at 2 students. If you’d prefer a day by yourself - please just let us know. You can expect the following areas to be covered throughout the day: Mapping, pre draw, colour theory, swatching and knowledge on inorganic and organic pigments. Guidance with colour boosts and mature skins. Product, tools and equiptment recommendations, pre numb, treatment, social media for business - including marketing and advertisement.

Below is a general guide to see how your Masterclass day with Lucy will run -

9.30am - Arrival and introduction

10.00am - Brief to discover your needs/ concerns from the course and day structure

11.00am - first live client. Lucy will demonstrate a full Microblading treatment for you to observe and learn her signature techniques

1.00pm - Lunch

2.00pm - Microblading model. This will be a second live client for the student to complete

4.00pm - Debrief and conclusion of the day

Course inclusions:

Live models will be arranged and patch tested by L R PRO. Please feel free to bring your original training manual it’s you (if you have one provided by the company you trained with) Lunch, snacks and drinks will be provided. Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies.

How long do I have access to the masterclasses?

Once you've purchased the masterclasses, there are no expiry dates on it! You'll receive lifetime access so that you an check back in at any time from anywhere, using your phone or computer!

Are the online masterclasses an accredited course?

No, We strongly recommend that you have a qualification or some basic knowledge in beauty therapy, eyebrow hair removal, waxing or tinting; which is why these Masterclasses are aimed at existing Beauty therapists, Brow technicians / artists with qualifications and experience in the field.

How long does each Masterclass take to do?

It entirely depends on the individual and can vary from student to student. Roughly estimated, on average - each one should take between 1-2 days as they includes both written theory and video content. Complete it at your own pace to truly absorb all of the information.

Return and Refund Policy

No refunds will be given on digital products and courses, including online training courses and e - books once the order is confirmed and the product has been delivered and paid for.
All sales of digital products are final and not edible for refunds or exchanges.
If you cancel your in - person training, the following forfeit will be applicable:
A CANCELLATION WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE AGREED TRAINING DATE - A 50% OF THE FEE WILL BE FORFEITED.
A CANCELLATION WITHIN 48 HRS OF THE TRAINING DATE - 100% OF THE FEE WILL BE FORFEITED.
