L R PRO is a private clinic, by appointment only. Lucy is a sole trader and operates the front of house, back of house and performs all the treatments personally. Due to the high volume of clientele and nature of her business, please be patient with enquiry replies. Messages and enquiries regarding appointments are aimed to be responded to within 24-48 working hours, but please allow up to 72 hours during busy periods. The booking system has been set up, so that you can manage your appointments out of hours with the options to reschedule / cancel if you need to with ease and flexibility.

There were thousands of entries in 2022 UK Hair and Beauty awards, and Lucy at L R PRO is proud to have placed 24th for the whole of the UK and TOP in the region for 'BEST FOR BROWS 2022'

2015 - 2019

Lucy has won makeup and brow artistry awards such as 'BEST ARTIST IN EUROPE' when selected to go to Paris during her role as National Makeup artist for UK and Ireland at fashion brand Givenchy, and being recognised as part of the WORLDS TOP MAKEUP TEAM whilst on the INTERNATIONAL team for Fashion giant CHANEL.

POLICIES AND PATCH TESTING

Patch tests need to be carried out before all treatments if its the first time you're having the treatment with me and must be done at least 48hrs prior to your appointment.

Policies are in place for Studio and Clinic business protection and hygiene. Upon booking, you will receive the safety measurements via email that have been put in place aswell as full details about your appointment - including time, date, address, how to get into the building and parking.

You must come to your appointment alone. No under 18s are allowed in the clinic at any time. Upon booking, you will be asked to agree to the late cancellation/ no show policy and this must be confirmed in order for your appointment to go ahead.
