Terms and Conditions

Bookings: 

Upon booking in via the online system, you will be asked to read and agree to the terms and conditions as well as accept the cancellation policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions stated upon booking your appointment, do not tick the box or continue with your appointment booking.

If you agree to these, then you are legally agreeing to the terms and conditions. If you provide incorrect booking or payment details, you will not be able to make future bookings at L R PRO. 

Permanent Makeup Artist duty of care:

A PMU Artist has the right to deny treatment, if in their judgement, the clients expectations are deemed irrational and may negatively effect their health / wellbeing or outcome of the treatment. PMU Artists reserve the right as a therapist to select clients for treatment and it would ethically remiss to treat any client if the technician believes the client will be unhappy with the results of the treatment. 

The job of a permanent makeup artist is to perform the professional application of permanent makeup with observance of face biology and aesthetics. 

A PMU (Permanent makeup artist)  duty is to educate the client on contraindications and possible side effects of permanent makeup as well as concern for the clients wellbeing. 

The client should see a PMU Artist as a trusted expert and respect them in their field of work. 

A PMU Artist has the right to decline the option to carry out a treatment if they are given reason to believe the client will not be satisfied with the outcome. Any messages or concerns "of warning" raised by either the client or someone else on their behalf will be taken seriously by the technician. While feeling anxious and nervous is a normal part of the treatment, anything that causes alarm or concern with going ahead of the treatment for the technician will result in the procedure being cancelled or not going ahead. 

The treatment is NOT mandatory. By booking in for semi permanent brows, you as the client are choosing to have a cosmetic procedure done. It is not your right to have the treatment if the technician has cause for concern and feels uncomfortable going ahead in certain circumstances.   

Lucy at L R PRO reserves the right to cancel appointments and not go ahead with the treatment if any of these above situations arise, and Lucy is not legally bound to complete your treatment if she feels you will be unhappy with any part of the process before, during or after the treatment has been carried out. 

L R PRO will not tolerate any emotional abuse, name calling, threats, blackmail or any other rude, disrespectful or appropriate behaviour to herself, or role as a professional. If a client sends abusive threatening, rude or inappropriate messages directly to Lucy or about her company, this will result in legal action.
