L R PRO is a private clinic that operates by appointment only, specializing in services such as Microblading and Laser Brow Removal. Lucy, as a sole trader, manages everything from the front of house to the back of house and personally performs all treatments, including her popular Brow Artist Training sessions. Due to the high volume of clientele and the nature of her business, please be patient with enquiry replies. Messages and enquiries regarding appointments are aimed to be responded to within 24-48 working hours, but please allow up to 72 hours during busy periods. The booking system has been set up so that you can manage your appointments out of hours, with options to reschedule or cancel as needed, providing you with ease and flexibility.

POLICIES AND PATCH TESTING

Patch tests need to be carried out before all treatments, especially for first-time clients seeking services like microblading or laser brow removal, and must be done at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Policies are in place for Studio and Clinic business protection and hygiene. Upon booking, you will receive the safety measures via email that have been implemented, along with full details about your appointment - including time, date, address, how to access the building, and parking information.

You must come to your appointment alone. No under 18s are allowed in the clinic at any time. Upon booking, you will be asked to agree to the late cancellation/no-show policy, which must be confirmed for your appointment to proceed.
